 Valentine’s Day Menu 2020 

This menu is the only menu available in our dining rooms on 2/14.  Components from it will be offered as Chef Features 2/13, 2/15 & 2/16

All of the items below are available a la carte or as a Prix Fixe – Four Course Menu @ $54


Broiled Champagne Oysters   13

Four freshly shucked oysters broiled in butter, champagne mignonette sauce

Spinach Artichoke Boursin Kisses   12

Puff pastry wrapped Boursin cheese with spinach and artichoke hearts.

Crab Stuffed Mushroom   14    

Four silver dollar mushroom caps stuffed with our super lump Crab Imperial

Brandy Apple Pork Stacks 12

Thin sliced pork tenderloin layered with sautéed apples and caramelized onions, 

topped with brandy cream sauce

Goat Cheese Strawberry Bruschetta 12

 Fresh strawberry tomato bruschetta, baked goat cheese crostini, fresh basil, honey balsamic gastrique

Six large chilled shrimp with cocktail sauce and lemon
